The supplier submissions feature enables production partners to receive and review files, allowing users to start new products with ease. All files can be sent from a single location, either individually or in bulk
To use this feature, users must first select their tech packs, costings, POs, and supporting documents. Once done, they can submit them effortlessly with just one tap of the “submit” button.
Once a supplier has been selected, users can utilize the check box to select the desired modules to submit to their chosen partner. Additionally, this function will activate critical path dates when necessary and provide supplier users with access to the relevant product within the Bombyx system.
Furthermore, Bombyx provides a download option for the composed documents. This feature allows users to send the documents to suppliers using traditional methods or use them for personal reference to analyze the presentation of information to partners.
