Tech leaders to showcase Hull’s most innovative projects
Press Release from Institute of Directors.
Hull’s most innovative businesses are to showcase their latest projects at a technology event next month.
The IoD East Yorkshire Digital & Tech Showcase will be held on 4 November at C4Di @ The Dock on Queen Street, Hull, starting at 5.15 pm.
The C4DI (Centre for Digital Innovation) is a privately-run technology incubation center that helps tech companies to grow and traditional businesses to innovate.
During the evening several of C4DI’s resident digital and tech businesses will showcase the innovative projects being developed within the C4Di community.
The event, held in conjunction with Barclays Eagle Labs, gives attendees the opportunity to meet, connect and share ideas over drinks with peers, colleagues, and fellow directors.
Speakers include Jonathan Elvidge, Moodbeam; Lucy Blackley, Bombyx PLM; Dileepa Ranawake, Kinesis; Darren Crombie, Upstream Health; and Paul Mandelia, Good2learn.
The event is free to attend and open to both IoD members and non-members.
Pat Coyle, chair of IoD East Yorkshire, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to discover more about our innovative businesses and how the IoD supports and inspires directors at all levels.
“We encourage everyone to join us for pizza and drinks before the event and pass the invitation on to any friends or colleagues who may be interested in attending.
